2.1 All prices listed on our website or in our catalogs are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Payment terms are NET 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a finance charge of X% per month on the outstanding balance or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

4.2 Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
4.3 Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of X% of the purchase price. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Wy’East error or product defect.
5.1 Wy’East Medical Corporation warrants that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of insert warranty period, e.g., 1 year from the date of delivery, under normal use and service.
5.2 This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow provided instructions.
